Levi Johnston Set to File For Joint Custody Of Son Tripp

"The Insider" breaks news that Levi Johnston is going to file for joint custody of Tripp, his son with Bristol Palin.


Levi told "The Insider" he is now going to take legal action because he had trouble when trying to see his infant son over the weekend. "At the end of the month I'm going to file for joint custody of Tripp."

He goes on to say that he's tried the friendly way and it's "Not working. I'm done. It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge."

  • You can get Levi Johnston to say anything you want. Watching Lara ask him a question with such a serious face is embarrassing (for her). For some reason Levi can say anything he wants to get a rise out of the Insider - and they act like it fact...and interesting.
    I wouldn't let Levi near his son, or anyone else's son or daughter for that matter.

  • Go to the Alaska Court site. Levi has not filed anything for his son. Once the playgirl cover comes out he has lost any option of being a recognized father in AK, but to pay massive child support. He is such a LOSER and a liar.

  • According to Alaska law, it will be almost impossible for Levi NOT to get partial custody of Tripp. So, Palin's money will be used to try to delay everything as much as possible.

  • The guy is clearly an airhead who is pathetically - and likely tragically when all is said and done - letting himself get swept up in the whirlwind of notoriety. He's "finding himself" as a "celebrity" and behind the celebrity there's "no there there". This is the kind of dumb lamb the Celebrity Machine (which is all about money, of course) chews up and spits out. It's terrible that there's no one in his life with the good sense to pull him out of it before he ends up as Media Roadkill.

  • He has brought this all on himself. He has NOT tried to be "friendly." He has done everything in his power to try to destroy the Palin family. Also, if he decides to pose for playgirl like he said, he can really kiss his son goodbye. He is a nothing thriving off the Palin name.

  • Please don't let this fool get custody of that baby. He publicly smears Sarah Palin (a woman many people respect) and leaves his baby's mother high and dry to raise their son while he goes and strips for Playgirl and now wants custody? This is why America is going to hell.
