Courtney Cox Unloading Dirt: Selling $33.5 Million Mansion
Courtney Cox and David Arquette are selling their $33.5 million Malibu mansion. The home sits on 80ft. of beach front property, has four bedrooms, five baths and was designed by world famous architect John Lautner. US Weekly says the Dirt actress bought the home because of an affection for the design:

“Courteney bought the house for its unique architectural design, she studied architecture at Washington DC’s Mount Vernon College.”
