James Woods Sues Over Brothers Death
Opening statements were expected today in the case involving James Woods and the death of his younger brother Michael. James is suing a Rhode Island hospital for the 2006 death. The younger brother of the famed actor passed away at Kent Hospital in Warwick after reportedly suffering a cardiac arrest at the young age of 49. In papers filed in Kent County Superior Court, Woods claims his brother died after receiving negligent medical care. The lawsuit seeks an unknown amount in damages.
