Ok, it’s official, Katie (a.k.a. Kate) Holmes is my new favorite Hollywood fashion icon. It has taken my a while to confess this fact since I’m a bit undecided about whether Katie’s amazing transformation from mousy girl-next-door to glam jet setter is of her own making or a result of the combined influences of Tom Cruise and Victoria Beckham. I tend to discredit fashion metamorphoses that come at the hands of trained stylists or overbearing spouses. How ever it happened, Katie has quickly become one of the best dressed women in Hollywood. I’m totally smitten.

Miss Katie was recently spotted looking typically chic in J Brand Jeans and black croc embossed Armani handbag. Frugal she’s not, but we can steal her style for a fraction of the cost. Here’s how:
