Reality star Kim Kardashian faced her fans without them even knowing it.

Kim posted pics on her blog of her prosthetic face that was placed on her for her appearance on the new show "Secret Celebrity."

She says of the stunt, "I look like a completely different person! My name was Cynthia...after my cousin Cici!"

Kim appeared on the show Tuesday night along with former boy band star Nick Lachey.
