Robert Pattinson Greeted with Fan Frenzy at U.K. 'New Moon' Premiere

U.K. fans swarmed 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon' event in London, England to catch a glimpse of vampire heartthrob Robert Pattinson -- "The Insider" has the pics of the fan frenzy.

Pattinson returns to the big screen in 'New Moon,' hitting theaters Nov. 20 in the states.

  • I've always loved Edward in the books and I'm totaly crazy in love with him now that Robert Pattinson is Edward. Rob is a dream. And what makes him even more special is how talented he is as an actor, and musician. I'm so looking forward to seeing him in his next movie Reemember Me. I'm already addicted to the trailer.
