Is Amy Winehouse in rehab or not? One report had her checking into treatment after an overdose, but another says she's locked up in a hotel room trying to kick her habit. All we know is that when she finally sobers up and gets a look at herself, she's not going to be happy.

Rapper Fifty Cent says he'll quit making music if his new record is outsold by rival Kanye West's when both albums drop on the same day in September. And if Kanye is outsold, he'll blame it on George Bush hating black people.

Billy Ray Cyrus's neighbors are mad at him because he lets his dogs poop on their lawn. They should get back at him by blasting Achy Breaky Heart on their stereos at two in the morning.

Michael Lohan has been granted the right to supervised visits with his young children Ali and Dakota. He will also be required to wear a strait-jacket and Hannibal Lecter mask when in their  presence.

Jessica Alba has allegedly contracted herpes after sexual relations with baseball player Derek Jeter. Funny this would come out via Cash Warren's ex-assistant not long after Cash was dumped by Jessica, don't you think?
