Shayne Lamas Arrested on DUI Charges

"The Insider" confirms Shayne Lamas -- former contestant of "The Bachelor" and daughter of Lorenzo Lamas -- was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Shayne was taken into custody at 1 a.m. on Saturday in Venice, California and was released later that morning.

The reality star is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 9 for the misdemeanor charge.

Shayne can be seen on her family's new reality show "Leave It to Lamas."

  • The "Leave it to Lame Ass" show is just that! The level of "entertainment" with these "reality" shows have reached a new low. To add to Shayne's ignorance a DUI--likely for "show"--is just another example of shameful behavior! What a weird, obnoxious, family!

  • why is it when people get a dui they always say I only had one or two drinks? This is just sad that young Hollywierd think its like some badge of honor to get a DUI that it will get them noticed or work as long as they say Im sorry thats enough to make up for risking my family or anyone elses on the road

    • i've never heard of this girl no matter who the heck her father is. well guess she needs lots and lots of attention. lorenzo lamas her dad or not, guess he is lacking as a dad. anyway, guess she just got her attention: negative attention is better than none. why not get a dui, that'll do it, dumb thing to do, but it seems she is desperate. sad and tragic.
