From our friends at Geno's World... There’s been a buzz about a “Friends” reunion movie for quite some time. Geno’s World has learned that there are tentative plans to move forward with a film version of the blockbuster sitcom. In what may be a bluff or a brilliant strong arm tactic, the studio has plans in case all 6 stars don’t want to sign on to the project. The studio will go on with the film with big name replacements for any “Friends” alumni that prefer to skip the reunion. The “Friends” cast is known to be very tight knit. It would be a blow to the group if some would go ahead with the project with “scab” replacements, even big name ones! The other big question would be how the millions of loyal fans would react to a substitute Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Ross, Joey or Chandler. Only time will tell…
