Fans Howling for 'New Moon'

On the eve of the theatrical release of 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon,' the film's stars walked the red carpet through a twilight zone of lights and cameras. "The Insider" was there with the actors in New York for a special screening of the movie.

Eager fans lined the sidewalk to get a bite out of their favorite vampires and werewolves. With Thanksgiving on the horizon, the stars are undoubtedly thankful for the record-breaking advance ticket sales.

Kellan Lutz told "The Insider," "It's insane to be part of something that's already been breaking huge records. It's an honor as an actor to be part of it."

"It feels amazing," said Robert Pattinson. "It's good to know it's not a fluke from the first time."

Taylor Lautner calls the box office figures "mindblowing." He said, "The weirdest thing is none of us expected this reaction on 'Twilight', so it's just amazing to be a part of this now."

'New Moon' rises into theaters today.
