Arquette, who is transgender female, shares her words of support for Chaz, and thoughtfully and patiently answers questions from the assembled paparazzi about life as a transgender person.

She tells the photographers that her transgender identity surfaced at a young age, when she lined up in the girls' line.

  • I never knew unconditional Love until I had my children, and as a parent you have to except them as they are. I have had a friend with similar issues so I know they are born into a body that they dont feel comfortable.It takes strength to make the choice to change
