New Details: Dr. Conrad Murray Search Warrant Unsealed

"The Insider" has obtained a warrant unsealed by a Nevada judge on Friday against the Las Vegas pharmacy that was searched last July as part of the investigation into Michael Jackson's death and where officials believe Dr. Conrad Murray may have obtained the drug Propofol.

According to the papers, investigators who searched Murray's home and office found a receipt from Applied Pharmacy Services for a transaction that took place on May 12, 2009, during which Dr. Murray apparently obtained four vials of Propofol, among other drugs. Propofol is one of the drugs that ultimately killed Jackson on June 25. Propofol was also found in Murray's doctor's bag and "on the bedside table," according to the warrant.

In other documents, police claim Murray told them that Jackson referred to Propofol as his "milk" and that he was giving the late King of Pop 50 mg of the drug "every night via intravenous drip (IV) to assist Jackson in sleeping." He also claimed, according to the documents, that he suspected Jackson had formed an addiction and tried to "wean Jackson off the drug."

Dr. Murray has denied any wrongdoing. His attorney has said: "Dr. Murray didn't prescribe or administer anything that should have killed Michael Jackson."

  • At any time Murray could have told Michael that this is getting out of hand. I don't want to do this and he could have walked away. But he didn't. He was a heart doctor. Why was he doing things he knew nothing about? Like doping someone up with propofol.

  • The question is if Murray had done the right thing would MJ be alive today? It's not all about his drug problem. Yes MJ is partly responsible but so is Conrad Murry. After all he was the Doctor who suppose to know what he was doing.

  • This is getting real sick w/fans in denial. Yes, Dr. Murray appears real guilty. To those of you diehard MJ fans, I ask you, do u have any loved ones in drug rehab? Are they finally learning some responsibility about their behavior? Dol u want them to succeed in Rehab? Doesn't sucess in Rehab mean taking responsibility for ingesting drugs? If your loved one(s) blame everybody around them; will they get better? What about their relations w/dr's? If u know a druggie, u know of what I speak. Sadly, this does drip into this discussion of a truly bad dr. But we can't allow an addict to get the msg that somebody else created their habit. THAT WILL NOT WORK. NO WAY. In terms of the dark side of MJ; there are enough open records for folks to make their own decisions. Do not judge the Chandler family or other kids who may have been hurt. The next kid may be your own.

  • The police and D.A. will decide in 2010 about to charge Murray or not. I don't understand the delay but just as long as they get it right. Murray killed Michael Jackson and he deserve to pay. I f there were anyone else involved they need to pay too.

    • Thank you for posting this. I believe Evan Chandler were behind that whole mess. I always did. He didn't just blow his brains out cause he was sick. To do what he did to Michael and his son he always was sick in the head.
