Heidi Klum Takes New Last Name -- Hubby Seal's!

Heidi Klum finalized her legal name-change on Friday.

Heidi's new last name became Samuel - Seal's surname - after a Los Angeles commissioner signed off on the name change, says People.com.

The supermodel cited "marriage" as her motive for the change. Heidi and Seal have been married for more than four years and have four children together.
