Adam Lambert's 'GMA' Appearance Canceled, New TV Gig Booked at The Insider

ABC has canceled Adam Lambert's performance on "Good Morning America" but ET knows where he'll be next.

Following his racy performance at the "2009 American Music Awards" on Sunday night, an ABC News spokesperson released the following statement to ET: “Given Adam Lambert’s controversial live performance on the AMAs we were concerned about airing a similar concert so early in the morning.”

Lambert will, however, be performing live on CBS' "The Early Show" on Wednesday, Nov. 25. He will also discuss his controversial moment at the AMAs.

This was so blown out of proportion. He did nothing the other performers did. ABC taking him off the GMA was wrong. They discriminated against the kid and then sent a very clear message that a man who beats on women (a convicted felon) is more accepted than an openly gay man. What is wrong with the world today?

GMA cancelled Adam for kissing a man, and a few 'risque' moves... but then replaced him with Cris Brown. How's that for a double standard. You can beat women, but you can never kiss a man.
