Donny Osmond & Kym Johnson Show Off Mirror Ball Trophy

It was a Donny and Kym show as Donny Osmond and his pro partner Kym Johnson took home the grand prize on "Dancing with the Stars" on Tuesday night. Not only did Donny beat out 15 other couples, he also won an intense case of sibling rivalry with sister Marie. She placed third in season five of the show and Donny was determined to outdo his little sister.

Donny told "The Insider"'s Samantha Harris that he did let Marie hold the trophy to share in his glory. The seasoned entertainer is making plans for where to display his glistening mirror ball: "I got a place on my fireplace mantel, but I...might put it on top of my house and put a spotlight on it."

There were no sore losers in this competition. Surprisingly not upset with her loss, Kelly Osbourne genially relinquished her dreams of the title: "I'm only 25 years old. I've still got a lot of time in my life to have my moment and I'm just so happy for him that he got his big moment tonight."

Runner-up Mya said "there was no best part" to the experience of participating on "DWTS." "Everything has equated to an unimaginable feeling," said the singer. "The Insider"'s guest panelist Star Jones had Samantha hook her up with front row tickets. She revealed, "Donny's the showman...but my heart was really with Mya."

  • Way to go Donny...Mya is to conceited...the right person won! Those of you that think the show is rig quit whining, it's not. As far as the show having something against black women...give me a break....why do people also have to bring up the race/color card? It has nothing to do with it. Donny worked his @$$ off and deserves this trophy! Way to go Donny!

  • DONNY should NEVER HAD WON, he is not even as good as MYA. He wasn't even competition for her. THAT WAS A RIP OFF... MYA SHOULD HAVE WON. WHAT A RIP OFF. DONNY IS ONE OF THE WORST DANCERS. he should be part of the LOSER'S CLUB.

    • If you check out Chicago, Shall We Dance, and Dirty Dancing, Havana Nights you can see Mya dancing ballroom dances. She is a professional dancer. Congrats to Donny and Kym!!!!! You won fairly.

  • I guess points don't matter and the judges don't either it's just popularity on Dancing with the Stars ! We know who the best dancer is . I like Donny but it's not him !!!!!

  • The show's not rigged. Get a grip, Voting is done by the fans and the judges. He is more popular than the other contestants and has a more solid fan base.

  • I agree the show is rigged and it's sad i noticed that leading up to Donny being on the show he was everywhere, working with Dancing with the stars as a correspondant to the show , rigged , rigged ,rigged.

    the show has something against Black females ,i have watched the show for years and have witnessed several contenders ,Lalia Ali , Mel B. Mya Little Kim . the show sucks i know it rigged now .ex viewer.

  • As the show progressed you could see Donny and Kim become more of a team. Their last dance was amazing!!
