First Family Participates in Annual Turkey Pardoning

President Barack Obama pardoned a turkey named "Courage" on Wednesday, carrying on the annual Thanksgiving tradition of U.S. presidents. First daughters Malia and Sasha joined their father, reaching out cautiously to pet the bird. Last night, the President and the First Lady dressed to the nines for their first state dinner.
