Report: Tiger Woods Hospitalized After Car Crash

Pro golfer Tiger Woods has reportedly been taken to a hospital following a car crash in Orlando, Florida.

Officials told news channel CNN that the one-car accident took place near Woods' Windermere home Friday around 2:25 a.m.

The Florida Highway Patrol reports that the acclaimed golfer had just pulled out of his driveway in his Cadillac SUV when his car struck a fire hydrant, leaving the front of his vehicle stuck in a tree, according to CNN.

The car wreck is under investigation and, according to a statement obtained by the news channel, the accident does not appear to have involved alcohol.

Woods is the father of three children and is married to supermodel Elin Nordegren.

  • I also wonder if a domestic issue took place prior to the accident that explain the facial injuries ..odd considering the airbag didnt deploy and his suv is like a tank.
