The Fate of Britney’s Babies at The Insider

With K-Fed stepping up the custody battle to a full-on war, many are speculating about what will become of young Sean Preston and Jayden James.

For one, Brit’s public mistakes with the kids aren’t winning her any mother of the year awards. Second, her apparent neglect of them on other occasions – when she’s out partying, for instance -- don’t speak well of her mothering abilities either.

But on the other end of the spectrum is K-Fed, who seems like a weasel of a guy… at least we have to give him credit for trying. His lawyers have subpoenaed both Brit’s bodyguard and her ex-assistant/party buddy, Alli.

Will Kevin succeed in getting primary custody of the boys?

i'm not sure if either one of them are fit parents...but with a custody split....at least the two will keep tabs on the other one out of spite.
