The Star Blogger: Lindsay's Car Chase Lawsuit

It was just a matter of time before a lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan for that "crazy car chase drama" was filed.

Tracie Rice was a passenger of the SUV being driven by Michelle Peck the mother of Lindsay's assistant. She has finally come forward to tell her side of the story and file a lawsuit as well saying "Lohan put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life".

Rice claims that Michelle Peck was so terrified of being chased by Lohan that she crashed into a parking lot barricade near the  Santa Monica Police Station and then when they got out of their Cadillac Escalade the police had there guns drawn as Lindsay came charging towards them.

Why are they suing rather than pressing criminal charges? Poor Lindsay does she even have any money left between all her legal woes, movie flops and expensive rehab clinics?

  • Lindsay is the definition of falling into peer pressure. Anorexia, drugs, DUIs? Not only that, she wants us to believe that not only does she date people who read but that she also reads. Stretching the bounds of credibility a bit there Lindsay.
