Travis Barker Settles Plane Crash Suit

Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has settled a lawsuit over a September 2008 South Carolina plane crash that killed four people.

Barker has settled the lawsuit against several companies, including Learjet, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and the owners of the plane and its contractors.

An attorney representing some of the companies told the AP that the terms of the settlement were confidential.

Barker and the late Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein were the two sole survivors of the crash. Goldstein passed away earlier this year from an accidental overdose.
