Video: Tila Tequila Announces Engagement

Tila Tequila never ceases to surprise! The reality star flashed some bling on her ring finger at a party on Tuesday night, announcing that she was engaged to be married -- "The Insider" has the video!

Tequila, 27, arrived to Famous Stars and Straps' 10-year anniversary that was being celebrated in conjunction with Snoop Dogg's 10th album, Malice N Wonderland. The MTV star said that she was set to wed Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson, who was also at the event.

"Diamonds are a girl's best friend, are they not?" the reality star said as she flashed a giant ring she was wearing over her red gloves, adding, "Who wouldn't fall in love with this [ring] from this beautiful lady?"

Surrounded by cameras, Tequila plants a big kiss on Johnson, later saying, "We're just here to celebrate and have fun tonight. We'll keep you posted."
