Anna Nicole Friend and Docs Enter Plea; Docs Allowed to Practice Medicine

Three people accused of illegally providing drugs to the late Anna Nicole Smith appeared in court Friday.

According to the Associated Press, Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich pled not guilty to drug conspiracy charges.

Meanwhile, a judge overturned the California Medical Board's decision to revoke the medical licenses of Kapoor and Eroshevich pending the outcome of the trial, the AP also reported.

  • Grams I still think they are all guilty. Two are doctors - they should have known better and tried to get her help. It's my opinion that Howard wanted her kept drugged up because he wanted her for himself. They all got carried away and over did it.
