It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for... wonder-twin Mary-Kate Olsen is finally returning to the small screen! She’s joining the cast of Showtime’s critically acclaimed smart, new comedy, WEEDS, along with Mary-Louise Parker (and who doesn’t love two actors with hyphenated first names who are on the same show?)

 

Mary Kate plays a devout Christian girl named Tata who moves into a megachurch neighborhood. And wouldn’t you know that the pot dealer’s son falls for her. Now that sounds like a courting we want to see! After all, what’s funnier than a religious girl dating the pot-pimp’s son? And WEEDS definitely puts Mary-Kate in a whole new light so don’t expect to see Michelle Tanner.

  • I hope she does well on the show, I think we need to see more of her. Though I would rather see her on the big screen, in a great movie.
