The Beverly Hills Police Department announced today that they are recommending the L.A. County District Attorney's office charge Prison Break star Lane Garrison with gross vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence of alcohol, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Police Chief David Snowden also announced at a press conference that Garrison had been driving in excess of the 25 mph speed limit and was under the influence of cocaine at the time of the accident....
