The film, originally set to be released in the summer, will be unwrapped during the holiday season instead, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The Ben Stiller and Robert DeNiro comedy will get you laughing on December 22.
Universal has decided to release Matt Damon's 'The Adjustment Bureau' on July 30, the date 'Fockers' was to be in theaters. The studio will also introduce 'Scott Pilgrim vs. the World' with Michael Cera in the summer, on August 13.
Nikki Roven of Universal domestic distribution explained to The Hollywood Reporter the reasoning behind the date shift: "A year ago, the Christmas landscape wasn't as clear."
