Daniel Dae Kim Not 'Lost' for Work

"Lost" is coming to an end in May, but Daniel Dae Kim has already "found" his next gig.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actor will continue to soak up the sun in Hawaii. He landed a role on CBS' "Hawaii Five-O" remake. Daniel will fill the shoes of Detective Chin Ho Kelly, the uniform originally worn by Kam Fong.

Alex O'Loughlin is in discussions to play Detective Steve McGarrett, according to The Hollywood Reporter, but nothing has yet been set in stone.

Daniel is the first member of the "Lost" cast to secure work on a television series beyond the show's finale.
