Celine Dion on Fertility Treatments: 'I'm going to try until it works'

Celine Dion is ready for another baby at 41.

In a new cover feature on People magazine, the singer says she is going to push forward even though four previous fertility treatments have failed. "Five's my lucky number," she says, "so this is the time it's got to [work]."

"I'm going to try until it works," Celine tells the mag, adding that she has been giving herself daily hormone shots.

Meanwhile, she and her husband continue to dote on their 9-year-old son, Rene-Charles, who is said to be "thriving" in his new Florida school.

  • RosemaryL What Celine might consider is adption. That way, maybe one less baby would be an abortion victim. And, at 41, it will be harder for her to get pregnant and have a baby free of chromosomal damage. And her husband isn't getting any younger either. AND SHE NEEDS TO GET HER SON'S HAIR CUT. The fashion of allowing boys to wear long hair is disgusting. She said he doesn't want his hair cut. Excuse me, Celine, but you are the mother. You say, "you're getting a hair cut" but the boy says no. You say yes and the hair gets cut. YOU are boss, not a 9-year-old child.
