"My organs are all squashed up and my liver is just crushed to the back of my spine.
Charlotte is reported to have spent £30,000 on security for the £800,000 country house because she wants to give birth in the comfort of her own home.
She is also said to be planning a water birth. But the first time mother isn't leaving anything to chance.
Her mother Maria told Closer magazine: "She won't be completely on her own - she'll have her own consultant and two midwives with her.
"There will also be an ambulance on standby to rush her to a private hospital just in case."
Charlotte added: "I'm ever so happy, even though the birth part of it is pretty s*** by the sounds of it!"
