Nicole and baby-daddy Joel Madden told friends that’s where they conceived their unborn baby, so it’s an appropriate spot for their honeymoon.
The couple conceived a child during a trip Down Under earlier this year, when they spent time there around the Australian MTV Awards.
And insiders claim they’re hoping to go back following a top secret wedding next month.
The aides insist the new Mr. and Mrs. Madden will spend quality time together before the rocker’s band Good Charlotte plays a string of Australian concerts in mid-October.
A source says, “They fell in love with Australia when they were there in April and they can’t wait to go back and honeymoon there.”
