Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's custody battle continues

Attorneys representing Britney Spears and Kevin Federline appeared in Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday to smooth over their custody dispute. Although neither Britney’s counsel, Laura Wasser, nor Kevin’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, would comment on the closed-door hearing, everyone reportedly walked away happy.

Mark Vincent Kaplan spoke to the press briefly after the hearing.

He wants as much custody time as he can get.

Kevin filed for primary custody of the couples’ two sons, 23-month-old Sean Preston Federline, and 11-month old Jayden James Federline, apparently unhappy with their pre-arranged joint-custody agreement.

Another custody hearing is scheduled for September 17.
