Amy Winehouse Manages to Pull Off a Performance
Amy Winehouse managed to stop puking in bathrooms and shooting up with Pete Doherty (allegedly, whatever) long enough to perform at last night’s Mercury Prize Awards in London. Amy sang “Love is a Losing Game,” and according to CW’s Brit homeboy, The_Reverend, she did a respectable job.

The star wore her trademark beehive and a strapless pink and yellow short dress to perform the number. Following her acoustic set she was hugged by her husband, Blake.

Host Jools Holland said, after her performance: “She has one of the best voices of anybody of all time.”

After singing she sat contentedly with her father Mitch and her husband Blake Fielder Civil whom she kissed constantly.

Amy’s “Back to Black” disc lost out of the prestigious Mercury Award, losing to the Klaxon’s debut disc.
