Ask The Insider: Are Any Stars Nice?

 

Q:  I hate to be a pessimist, but all these celebs I read about all the time seem like such brats! Tell me you have heard of someone in the public eye who is just really, really nice!

 

A:  So glad you asked this question. The answer is yes, I have heard of someone who is just really, really nice…. his name is Will Smith. I have heard Will referred to as “the nicest man in Hollywood” for times than I can count. By actors, socialites, even lowly PA’s (production assistants). Not a bad rap to have, is it?

 

One of my good friends who is the head of publicity for a major studio (a.k.a. she handles celebs when they are getting press, which could be when their heads are biggest) told me that Will Smith is always, unequivocally warm, kind, and polite. He knows the names of anyone and everyone who works with him or for him. Now, isn’t that refreshing to hear???

  • I've heard that Tom Cavanagh is nice (heard about his reputation from a cameraman who said he's very personable to everyone).
