Nick Lachey turns down threesome

Nick Lachey turned down a threesome because he found the women “creepy”.
The former 98 Degrees singer – whose divorce from Jessica Simpson was finalized in the summer of 2006 - was once propositioned by a mother and a daughter who lived in Nebraska, but refused their racy offer, because he found them “creepy”.

The 33-year-old said: “I was propositioned by a mother and a daughter back in 1997 when 98 Degrees were performing.
“In some places, the mother-daughter combination might be intriguing but not so much in Nebraska. It was kind of creepy.”
Nick reportedly phoned Jessica recently to tell her he wants to marry Vanessa Minnillo.
The singer, who is allegedly hoping to get married as soon as possible, told Jessica: “I’m getting married again Jess and I wanted you to hear it from me.”
Jessica has been linked to singer John Mayer since her divorce – but recently rubbished the rumors insisting she is still single.

In other news, Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey have settled the division of their assets, according to court documents.

The couple, divorced last June, however, they were unable at the time to reach an agreement on dividing assets. TMZ reported that Jessica and Nick earned a total of $36 million during their marriage. Since there was no prenup, under California's community property laws, each should have walked away with $18 million. Sources told TMZ that Jessica offered Nick $1.5 million, which he rejected.

Sources say under the terms of the settlement, Nick will get "significantly" more than $1.5, but far less than $18 million. Nick agreed to the settlement in order to avoid an ugly court battle.
