Amanda Bynes was at the Advocate 40th anniversary party looking a little more blonde than usual and a little less chubby than usual. That blonde hair totally flatters her face and the dress she's wearing makes her look like she has a little bit of a figure! good for amanda. Now if she would only stop being in such cheesy movies.
