Big Hollywood Premieres!

Finally, Sean Penn is back! He made a rare public appearence for the premiere of his new film, Into the Wild. Penn adapted Into the Wild from Jon Krakauer's best selling non-fiction novel about a young idealist whose expedition through the wild ended in tragedy in the Alaskan hinterland. 

Gossip Girl: 

I am super excited for the premiere of Gossip Girl on the CW Network. It is from Josh Schwartz, the teen-drama obsessed creator of "O.C." I guess it has a Carrie Bradshaw-esque voiceover for the main character....a blogger, naturally. 

Across the Universe:

If you're interested in gonzo theater types, save the date for Evan Rachel Wood's new movie, Across the Universe. Apparently its a very visually stunning movie and based around covers of all Beatles songs.
