Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes has one biological daughter Suri but they want to have more children, probably a daughter to be a little sister for Suri.

A source said: “It’s something they want to do sooner rather than later. Suri has been such a joy for Tom, so he’d be more than happy to have another girl. Katie feels the same.”

A source told OK! magazine: “She is preparing for another pregnancy.”
