Stephen Colletti may or may not be heartbroken over being dumped by Hayden Panettiere. He certainly wasn't crying last night though as he was partying it up with his ex-girlfriend, Lauren Conrad. Well, maybe it's comforting to be with someone familiar and maybe he and Lauren were meant for each other.
