Sarah apparently met George while at work at Las Vegas's Moon nightclub at The Palms on June 6th, the night of the "Ocean's 13" premiere in Vegas. Can someone say right time and place? If we'd known waitressing could be so lucrative, we'd have considered a different career path!
She graduated from Evergreen State College in 2001 and has most recently been working as a go-go dancer and cocktail waitress in Sin City. Sarah also did a stint on "Fear Factor" with an old boyfriend back in 2005, so she's no stranger to the camera.
Lucky Sarah has been seen out and about with George ever since their June meeting, appearing with him at the Deauville Film Festival in France and the Venice Film Festival in Italy. Sarah's most recently accompanied George to New York, where he's filming his next movie role. Who knows if she's about to play a bigger role in his life?
