Note to Andy Dick from Ivanka Trump: Hands off! The effeminate comic was carried off the set of “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last week after he got touchy-feely with The Donald’s sexy daughter, who wasn’t impressed. “He was touching my leg, touching my hair. It is definitely inappropriate to touch someone you don’t know,” Ivanka told us. Still she doesn’t want to be too hard on Dick: “I think he’s a comic genius, but he seems to have a few issues . . . He was in an incapacitated state.” Dick’s rep didn’t return our call.
