First off, Burke is gone for good. No matter what you think about Isaiah Washington’s actual departure from the show, it was quite a shock that the dynamic relationship between Burke and Christina ended all too abruptly. We have some questions… and they have some serious explaining to do.
Second off, can we even bear to watch ‘McDreamy’ and Meredith go through the love rounds one more time? It’s one thing to introduce another woman, but when the other woman is actually a relative, well that may bit a bit over the line. I don’t know about you, but it’s starting to be too agonizing to watch these two come so close to happiness only to ruin it all time and time again.
Thirdly, Izzy put her heart out there on the line in an almost inappropriate way and George never responded to her profession of true love. It’s another love triangle on the show that’s becoming to painful to watch.
Lastly, Addison left the show pretty much for good as well. She was a character we ended up growing to love. He interesting quips and viewpoints are going to be missed on the show. She was good for balancing out the rest of the cast.
There will be a lot of questions answered in tonight’s episode, and true to Grey’s Anatomy form, a lot of new ones to be asked.
