Rehab All Fun and Games for Lohan?

Ah, rehab.  Hollywood’s code for “vacation” for young Lindsay Lohan.

While we are still trying to officially calculate the number of times that Lindsay has been in and out of rehab, we’re going to take a solid stance with “again”.  And no, it isn’t that Lindsay has been checked in and out multiple times.  Rather, she just leaves simply in order to go out and have fun socializing or partying with friends, and then she comes back. 

It seems like every time we turn around Lindsey is in rehab.  And then she’s out partying!  And then she’s back in.  Only now she’s out again - But just for the afternoon.  Give her some credit. 

Really, she’s serious about this getting-sober thing.

Now, maybe it’s because we are not young Hollywood starlets, and maybe it is because we are not “hip”, but isn’t rehab sort of the exact opposite of the scenes that Lindsay keeps throwing herself into during her trips away from rehab?  On top of that, if you check in to rehab for alcohol abuse, aren’t you supposed to stay there until, we don’t know, maybe you aren’t inclined to go out with Paris Hilton to bars anymore?

Maybe she just doesn’t want to work anymore, but still wants to be able to go out and party.  This way when scripts come her way, she can just use the ol’ “Sorry, I’m in Rehab” excuse.  But just until Friday…

If Lindsay is actually trying to take control of her life, shouldn’t she start taking this all slightly more seriously?
