Here’s Hilary Duff looking like a knockout at last night’s Spirit of Life Award Dinner. Now is it just me or is Hil trying really hard to look like she has large breasts? Seriously her breasts are pushed so high up that they’re about to hit her chin! Hey, I don’t want to sound like I’m complaining because I’m definitely not.
