Seen here with Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus Hilary Duff was host of the 2007 Spirit Of Life Awards yesterday. Hilary turns the big 2-0 today after leaving the awards benefit last night she hopped a red-eye flight back to NY to have an early B-Day dinner with boyfriend Mike Comrie. The 2007 Spirit Of Life Awards benefits City Of Hope and was held at West Hollywood’s Pacific Design Center.
