The ‘24’ star Kiefer Sutherland, who was held few days back (Sept. 25) on DUI charges finally has been charged with two misdemeanor counts for driving under the influence. This is Sutherland’s fourth DUI and his judge is said to be Michael Sauer. He is the same judge that sentenced 45 days jail term to Paris Hilton after violating her probation three times.
Hmm! Interesting! This guy seems to be in real trouble! If convicted, he could get maximum sentence of a year in jail and a minimum of four days. The Emmy-winning actor will be arraigned on October 16.
