Big news..Huge..Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have apparently set a wedding date! And it’s only two weeks away! TMZ is reporting that the parents-to-be will be marred in Laguna Beach on October 13th. A small O.C. based wedding planning company, The Wedding Fairy, has been hired to coordinate the festivities.
