Property owners who've purchased land in The Oaks which starts at $49,900 at the lakefront, will reportedly enjoy "an intimate dinner with Taylor Hicks and several other celebrities TBA" with "complimentary food, boat rides, bass fishing and more." What a bargain eh? These lucky folks even get to have him as a neighbour because he also owns land in the area too.
