But as plain old Adrian Grenier, the actor is happier away from the constant glare of Tinseltown - and has fallen so hard for Sydney he has decided to extend his working holiday by another week.
Yes, Candice Falzon, there may be a window of opportunity yet.
"I'm having a great time," the actor told TV writer Stephen Downie yesterday.
"It feels very metropolitan and yet the people feel very accessible at the same time."
Despite being recently linked to Hollywood heiress Paris Hilton, Grenier is single and very much open to meeting some hot local babes, Confidential understands.
In between media commitments, the small screen heartthrob has been hitting some of Sydney's best known hot spots with Australian Idol host Andrew G and his fiancee Noa Tishby - with whom he shares the same LA agent.
Grenier is in Australia to promote the fourth season of Entourage, which starts Tuesday on Foxtel's Arena channel.
While the series shows Grenier and his pals living the Hollywood high life, replete with fancy cars and extravagant parties, the down-to-earth actor's own entourage is most likely to consist of his friend Robin and his mum.
"I'm not really a celebrity - I just play one on TV," he said. "I drive a (Toyota) Prius and I have very different values to Vince."
Separate from the hit show, Grenier is making a documentary about the paparazzi and the nature of celebrity, featuring his good friend Hilton.
"She is the queen of modern media culture and she's been generous enough to give me a glimpse of her experience," Grenier said.
