Coco Arquette, 3, and Harlow Jane, 4 1/2, are more than cousins -- they're best friends. Patricia Arquette, 39, tells People her daughter with Thomas Jane and her niece -- daughter of her brother David and sister-in-law Courteney Cox-Arquette -- can't get enough of each other.

It's a lovefest. Coco said Harlow is her best friend.
