Britney’s attorneys told LA County Court Commissioner Scott Gordon that Britney would like her mother, Lynne Spears, to act as the monitor during the visits. This is despite the fact that Britney filed a restraining order against her mother earlier this year demanding that Lynne stay away from her boys because she was addicted to pain killers. I guess she beat that addiction, huh?
The commissioner refused to rule on the case, presumably because he wanted Britney in court for the hearing. According to TMZ, Britney is en route to the court at this very moment.
In other Britney news, she was apparently too busy to show up to court, because she was flashing her vag for photographers. Homegirl once again stepped out of her car wearing a short dress with her legs open, sans underwear. I hope this gets mentioned in court today.
