Once again, Cisco Adler managed to score a hot, rich, very young broad. This time the Whitestarr frontman (barf) snagged Lydia Hearst-Shaw, a publishing heiress and model.

Cisco, 29, who formerlly dated Mischa Barton, and Lydia, 23, who just happens to be Patty Hearst’s daughter, turned up together to a screening of We Own the Night last weekend, and were later spotted making out in various NYC night spots.

“It’s true that Cisco and Lydia have been seen together in public recently,” says Shaw-Hearst’s publicist Alan Rish. “But I don’t think this is serious. It is a very new relationship.”

I know I’ve already said it a thousand times, but seriously, I don’t see why chicks are so into Cisco. He’s unattractive, has a gross body, and is generally untalented. I’m so confused…
